I don’t want to powerlift, can I still train with you?

Powerlifting isn’t our specialty. Strength training is. Strength underpins any goal you have. It just happens powerlifting is a sport where strength training is vital so we have many powerlifters and we are also powerlifters so we naturally attract similar clients. We will never make you powerlift nor force you into powerlifting training. Whatever your goal is will be our focus.

I can’t afford online or one on one coaching what should I do?

We understand price can be an issue. We have created several base programs for a cheaper subscription through our app that we encourage you to use. We want to stress that we stand firmly that online or in person coaching is the gold standard. We have created base programs to give those struggling with cash an option, as many programs you see on the internet suck. Give that a go.
